Abstract Asphalt
Little Rock was recently awarded a $25,000 Bloomberg Philanthropies grant for one of its art projects to improve street safety. The project aims to install a mural to reduce traffic speeds, improve pedestrian and cyclist safety, and bring more life into the area for the public.
