Big Bad Breakfast to Open Second Arkansas Location in Downtown Little Rock
Big Bad Breakfast, the Southern comfort breakfast spot founded by the James Beard award-winning Chef John Currence, is set to open its second Little Rock location in the former Soul Fish Cafe space on Main Street on Oct 17.
Digging in: With 18 locations across the Southeast and three more in the works, Big Bad Breakfast is seeking to reduce the lines at its Bowman Road location with the addition of the Main Street location.
Early bird catches the eggs: Open daily from 7a-2:30p, the restaurant will only be closed for Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Celebrating National Voter Registration Day with Loblolly Creamery in Pulaski County
Pulaski County officials have partnered with local ice cream shop Loblolly Creamery to sweeten up National Voter Registration Day this Tuesday.
Sweeten up the process: In a unique effort to draw attention and increase voter registration, Loblolly's ice cream truck will be parked outside the Pulaski County Courthouse from 10a-3p offering buy one, get one free coupons, alongside several non-partisan groups to explain the process.
Demo day: The Pulaski County Election Commission will also be present, demonstrating and explaining the voting process and equipment.

Arkansas Travelers Clinch Win Over Naturals, Set to Begin Postseason Playoffs
The Arkansas Travelers secured a spot in the playoffs with a 7-3 win over the Northwest Arkansas Naturals on Sunday.
Clutch plays: Josh Morgan’s three-run home run and Tyler Locklear’s RBI triple turned the tide in the fifth inning, and two consecutive double plays in the sixth and seventh innings helped ensure the 7-3 victory.
Stealing the show: Jonatan Clase, with 62 stolen bases since joining the team, led the Texas League in steals, making him the first Travs to do so since Bernard Gilkey in 1989.
