Sixth House Wellness Studio is having a Summer Speaker Series where you can learn, meet new people, and take care of your body and mind together.

• 🎙️ Learn from Experts: This engaging series features local health and wellness experts, including fitness trainers, chefs, and farmers.

• 🍵 A Taste of Wellness: Flora Jean’s will provide a special wellness-centered, plant-focused menu along with wellness drinks for guests.

Good News for Flaky Friends

Regular customers of this West Little Rock treasure are called “Flaky Friends” and once you try anything from The Croissanterie, we have a feeling you will want to become flaky too.

• 👩‍🍳 From Scratch: Owners Wendy Schay and Jill McDonald are highly skilled chefs who pour their heart into what they do. All of their menu items, from the croissants to cookies to sauces are made from scratch. Explore their Shoppe Menu and Catering Menu to see their mouth-watering offerings.

• 🥐 Making their way downtown: The Croissanterie is expanding and opening a location downtown in the Little Rock Technology Park in mid-July.
