🦒 Community Day: On Saturday, Little Rock Zoo is hosting Community Day with Southern Bancorp offering $2 admission and $1 parking for Little Rock residents.
🪕 Break out the banjo: Check out the Annual Friends and Family Bluegrass Jam on the Arkansas River at Maumelle Park this weekend.
🚲️ A Ride for Good: Cyclists from all over will participate in CARTI's Tour de Rock on Saturday morning to support CARTI's fight against cancer.
🎷 Put on your dancin’ shoes: The well-loved local cover band, Big Dam Horns, will perform at the Rev Room on Saturday night.
🎉 A Celebration: The Arkansas Military & First Responders Academy (AMFRA), a free STEM-focused high school, is hosting its first AMFRA Fest on Saturday with games, music, food, activities, and opportunities to meet teachers, military recruiters, and first responders.

Food Truck Friday: The North Bar
After a fire took their restaurant last October, The North Bar in North Little Rock has gone mobile to serve fans until their restaurant is ready to reopen.
🍔 Take a ride into the Burger Zone: The North Bar Food Truck has a tasty menu with different burgers. You can try the Blueberry Bacon Burger, the PB&J Bacon Burger, or a Veggie Burger if you want something healthy.
🍻 Not going anywhere: The North Bar, being a well-known spot in North Little Rock’s Park Hill Neighborhood, will reopen in its original location once repairs are finished.

Little Rock Parks and Recreation has installed a new kayak launch on the Little Maumelle River!
🛶 Rollin’ on the river: This kayak launch, located at Two Rivers Park, offers safe and easy access for kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding.
🚣♀️ Paddle on: It's open to the public to bring their kayaks or paddleboards, and kayaks can also be rented from Rocktown River Outfitters.
Experience the adventure at Two Rivers Park and explore the beauty of the Little Maumelle River right here in Little Rock!
