  • Of note: Notable laws include the Arkansas LEARNS Act, which among other things raises the minimum teacher salary to $50,000 and funds private and religious schools.

  • Honorable mention: Other regulations address concealed carry permits, emotional support animals, early voting hours, foreign land ownership, delta 8, 9, and 10, and religious freedom.
