Moses Tucker Partners Announces $35 Million Renovation of Historic Boyle Building in Downtown Little Rock

The Boyle Building, located in downtown Little Rock and built in 1909, is set to undergo a $35 million dollar renovation

  • A new look: The building, once occupied by Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin, will feature the original 12 story building plus an additional 12th floor penthouse, restaurants, stores and 5,000 square feet ofcommercial/restaurant space on the ground floor. 

  • State of the art: Upon completion, the historic building will also feature a 21st century design, complete with updated tech and collaboration spaces.
