Moses Tucker Partners Announces $35 Million Renovation of Historic Boyle Building in Downtown Little Rock

The Boyle Building, located in downtown Little Rock and built in 1909, is set to undergo a $35 million dollar renovation. 

• A new look: The building, once occupied by Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin, will feature the original 12 story building plus an additional 12th floor penthouse, restaurants, stores and 5,000 square feet ofcommercial/restaurant space on the ground floor. 

• State of the art: Upon completion, the historic building will also feature a 21st century design, complete with updated tech and collaboration spaces.

Arkansas Metros See Positive Trends in Third Quarter 2023 Compass Report

The third quarter 2023 The Compass Report revealed a steady economic recovery in Arkansas and the four top metro regions. 

• Growth everywhere: Central Arkansas earned a B+, Fort Smith a B-, Jonesboro a B-, and Northwest Arkansas an A-. 

• Keys to success: Job growth and a healthy labor market were key drivers for overall economic health, while slight declines in inflation bode well for future prospects.
