Bentonville-based Favorite is Opening in Little Rock
A Bentonville favorite, The Buttered Biscuit, is expanding to Little Rock and will open its first of two locations next week.
🧑🍳 Made-from-Scratch: This popular spot is known for its house-made ingredients to create breakfast, brunch, and lunch options.
🍳 Food allergy? No problem. The Buttered Biscuit offers modifications for guests with dairy and gluten-free dietary restrictions.
The Buttered Biscuit will open on May 29th at the Promenade, with a second location set to open in the Heights in the fall. For updates, follow their Facebook page.

The Special Olympics Arkansas Summer Games Are Here!
More than 2000 athletes and 500 coaches will come together for the Special Olympics Arkansas Summer Games this weekend at Harding University in Searcy.
🔥 Carry the Flame: Starting today, police officers from all over the state are carrying the "Flame of Hope" in the Torch Run Relay. On Thursday, the Flame will be lit at the State Capitol and then taken to Searcy for the Summer Games Opening Ceremonies.
🏆️ Let the games begin! Summer Games start on Friday and consist of running, bocce, flag football, weightlifting, swimming, and softball. All of the games will showcase the hard work and dedication of the athletes, coaches, and volunteers.

Aldi is Finally Here!
It's official! The popular grocery store chain, ALDI, has opened its doors in West Little Rock.
🍅 Market Makeover: Previously, Bed Bath and Beyond, this location was transformed into a beloved grocery store known for its high quality and budget-friendly costs.
🪙 Don’t forget a quarter: Aldi uses a 25-cent deposit system to use a grocery cart and encourages shoppers to bring reusable bags.
Celebrate their grand opening this Thursday at 9 AM!

Super Bloom is Coming to SoMa
Local artists submitted ideas for a new street mural in SoMa, and the public voted for their favorite design.
🛑 The street mural will cover the entire 4-way intersection at South Main Street and 13th Street in Little Rock’s South Main (SoMa) neighborhood.
🌸 Local artist Kait Culbertson with Posse Paper Goods won the vote with her design, Super Bloom.
