Study Reveals Most Affordable Cities in the US to Buy a Home

Scholaroo recently surveyed 152 cities across the United States to determine which cities are the most affordable to buy a home in.
Arkansas power: Little Rock and Fort Smith were both deemed two of the most affordable cities in the whole nation, with Fort Smith in 11th place and Little Rock in 13th.
Best of the best: The study took into account median home value, average property taxes, average monthly household income and mortgage payment-to-income ratio, in order to determine the rankings.

Preparing for Annual Big Dam Bridge 100 Cycling Tour of Arkansas With Road and Bridge Closures
The Big Dam Bridge 100, an annual cycling event in central Arkansas, is set for this weekend. The 4,226-foot bridge is the longest bridge built just for cyclists, runners, and walkers, and connects 40+ miles of riverside trails between Little Rock and North Little Rock.
Range of distances: Riders have the option of 10 to 105 mile tours, with some hills on the longer routes.
Aid stations: Riders will have access to aid stations throughout the ride, and be rewarded with a t-shirt, medal, post-ride snacks and drinks, and a unique finish-line experience.
