Less than 10 days until the Little Rock Marathon

Little Rock Marathon

The Little Rock Marathon is scheduled for March 2-3, featuring races of different distances to accommodate runners of all levels.

  • Time to Run: The Little Rock Marathon offers a great opportunity for runners and walkers to get a “tour of the capital city”. The races start and finish at La Harpe, and along the way, neighbors and businesses cheer on the runners.

  • Make it Happen: While the marathon is sold out for runners, entertainers and volunteers can still sign up to help.

Phase 3: Downtown Little Rock Master Plan

Downtown Little Rock Master Plan

This week, The Downtown Little Rock Master Plan initiative invited residents to attend the third phase meetings, providing them with an opportunity to offer feedback on the plans for the area.

  • Community Feedback: Check out this interview with Mayor Frank Scott where he explains the importance of working "with" the community rather than simply "to" the community. This method creates a better downtown area.

  • Survey Says: Complete this survey to share your input for phase three of the planning process.

Bleu Monkey Grill


The Bleu Monkey Grill, a beloved Hot Springs staple, is making its debut in Little Rock with the grand opening scheduled this Monday, February 26th.

  • Tasty Options: Their menu has a variety of options, including crowd favorites such as their chicken lettuce wraps and Bleu Monkey Shrimp, and cocktails such as their Bleu Mule.

  • Prime Location: You can find the restaurant located off of Rodney Parham Rd, next to Guillmos’s Coffee Shop.
