• 🧘‍♂️ Inclusive for All: Dogtown Yoga offers a friendly, affordable place for yoga. The classes are donation-based and welcome all ages, genders, and skill levels, with adjustments to fit everyone's needs

For 40 years, Alzheimer’s Arkansas has created a compassionate, welcoming, and restorative community for family caregivers across the state who are caring for those with dementia, chronic illness, or debilitating disease.

• Care and Love: Alzheimer’s Arkansas provides free Caregiver Workshops statewide to help caregivers gain skills, knowledge, and support, and hosts monthly events like Coffee with Caregivers for sharing stories and gaining tools.

Sparking Joy and Happiness 🌸 

Local artist Kait Culbertson with Posse Paper Goods brought SoMa’s new street mural, Super Bloom, to life over the weekend.

• 😎 Hot to go! Even with the heat index soaring to 111 degrees, Kait pushed through. After 65 gallons of paint and 18 hours of dedicated effort, the project was finished ahead of schedule.

• 🥳 Many Kudos: This art project was funded by Bloomberg Philanthropies' Asphalt Art Initiative, with help from Downtown Little Rock Partnership, SoMa 501, and many volunteers.

Go check it out! The street mural covers the entire 4-way intersection at South Main Street and 13th Street in Little Rock’s South Main (SoMa) neighborhood.🌸

It’s Poppin! 🎆 

From Lakes to Rivers, this guide has all of the hottest places within an hour of Little Rock to enjoy this year’s Independence Day celebration.

• 🎇 40th Annual Pops on the River in Downtown Little Rock Bring a blanket and a chair to the First Security Amphitheater. There will be food trucks, kids' activities, and local music starting at 5. The fireworks show will begin at 9:15 along with a performance by the Arkansas Symphony Orchestra.

• 🎇 Fireworks at Dickey Stephens Park Head across the bridge to North Little Rock for an epic evening with the Travs! Play catch on the field from 7 to 8 pm, cool off at the Splash Pad, enjoy train rides, and catch the fireworks show at 9:15.
