The initiative aims to raise funds for Home for Healing, a local organization offering free lodging and support groups for cancer patients and caregivers. Jazz in the Park

Jazz in the Park is officially back for the 2024 fall season.

• 💃 Dance by the river: Jazz in the Park is a free, family-friendly concert series held every Wednesday in September at the River Market Pavilions. 

• 🧺 BYO! Bring your picnic blankets and lawn chairs, as seating is limited. Don't forget to pack a picnic! Refreshments are available for purchase.

The Associated Builders and Contractors of Arkansas (ABC) is launching the state's first Youth Electrical Apprenticeship Program.

• 🔌 Teach em’ young! The Youth Electrical Apprenticeship Program offers a new pathway for aspiring electricians by allowing electrical contractors to hire 16 and 17-year-olds as apprentices.

• 💡 Career Ready: Upon completion, the apprentices will become licensed electricians with valuable skills and credentials.
