• 🎤🎶 Local Talent: Sarah Cecil is a talented singer and songwriter from Little Rock. When she is home from college, you can catch her around town, covering your favorite tunes. She also performs her original songs, like her latest single, “Boys with the Same Name”

• 🫶 A Swiftie Inspired: Inspired by a Taylor Swift concert in 2011, Sarah has been sharing her musical talent at open mic nights, private gatherings, and various local events.

Filmland 2024

The Arkansas Cinema Society inspires and supports filmmakers in the state, creating a network and becoming a central hub for the film community, including film enthusiasts and current and aspiring filmmakers.

• 🎬️ Lights, Camera, Action: The Arkansas Cinema Society's annual event, Filmland, will be held August 15-18 at the Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts. It will gather the film community to celebrate movies and support Arkansas filmmakers through movie showings, workshops, and discussions with local and international artists.

• 🎞️ An Award-winning Opportunity: Arkansas Cinema Society is seeking volunteers for the annual event in Little Rock. Find out more information here.
