Artist for Hire: The Downtown Little Rock Partnership (DLRP) is teaming up with the City of Little Rock, SOMA 501, Inc., and SOMA BAM. They're in search of an artist to add a unique touch to the asphalt at this intersection. It's a cool project that will bring even more creativity to the area.
