The Clinton Presidential Center in Little Rock is ready to add a little more history to its history. The landmark is planning a major expansion, and details are expected to be unveiled in 2024.

  • Green and growing: The expansion plans include a new Hillary Rodham Clinton Institute and will showcase sustainability construction.

  • Designer details: MacArthur "Genius Grant" recipient Jeanne Gang is the lead designer for the project, which also partners with Little Rock architecture firm Polk Stanley Wilcox.

AG's Office To Move Into Historic Boyle Building, Renovations to Begin in September

The Arkansas Attorney General's office is on the move. AG Tim Griffin announced plans to move his office into the historic Boyle Building in downtown Little Rock, a project that will save Arkansas taxpayers and breathe new life into the city.

  • Layers of history: The 12 story building, designed by architect George R. Mann in 1909, has been unoccupied since 1999 and is set to undergo $35 million dollars in renovations.

  • It pays to save: After move-in, the AG’s office will have a 20-year lease with an option to purchase the building after the fifth year that will save the taxpayers the $30 million in rent that's been paid in years prior.

Lindsey's Hospitality House Awarded $40,000 Grant to Support Historic Restaurants

Lindsey's Hospitality House in North Little Rock's Argenta neighborhood is one of 25 restaurants nationwide to be awarded $40,000 through the "Backing Historic Small Restaurants" grant program.

  • Long-standing legacy: Founded in 1956 by Bishop Donne Lindsey and his wife Irma Lindsey as Lindsey’s Bar-B-Q, the business evolved into Lindsey's Hospitality House, a home-cookin’ and barbecue restaurant, catering business and banquet hall, still owned by Donnie Lindsey II and his wife Eleanor Lindsey.

  • Redesigning: Funds from the grant will be used to create a new outdoor seating area, upgrade signage, and improve exterior lighting and fencing.
