Pulaski County Unveils Plans For Community Village Project

Pulaski County is pressing ahead with its plans to build a tiny-home village to provide affordable housing for inhabitants coming out of chronic homelessness.

• Roadmap: Pulaski County has finalized a roadmap of development steps for the village, including forming an advisory committee and procuring a non-profit organization to oversee the village.

• Unique design: The village's master plan shows unique tiny homes with porches, bedrooms, living areas, and kitchenettes, and communal kitchen and restrooms throughout the neighborhood. Architects and designers are encouraged to get involved and express creativity in the engineering and design of the homes.
